The report gathers several solo shows from SS2027 Beijing Fashion Week, with Armor of Aqua among them and given its own section.
It reads: "The collection unfolds in three chapters - Gilded Dawn, The Quiet Current and Violet Nocturne - the colour moving from the brightness of white gold, through the stillness of deep blue, to the softness and resolve of violet." That is the same division we used on the night.
On cloth, the report lists "Chinese printed silk organza, silk jacquard and silk satin, imported European tweed, lace, metallic jacquard, crepe wool, and Japanese coated technical fabric," saying they let "Eastern pattern and Western couture material meet within one colour line." The report also describes how the different materials relate within the collection.
The Armor of Aqua 2027 show was held on the evening of 15 September 2026 at Wangfujing in Beijing, in the BFW NEXT programme.
